The Scandia Brochure
The Scandia was a proposed community in the Seattle area. Designed with a Danish modern architectural in a nature setting. Programming, architecture and energy consumption were all designed to support green initiatives. The logo reflects the nature feel and the collateral was designed utilizing recycled stock to reinforce the low footprint.
